Tonight on our internet based radio show, we\'ll be talking with Dr. Carolyn Dean about Soothing Arthritis along with a wide range of health topics and safe solutions. You will love hearing the beneficial interactions with our callers and hosts alike including the body/mind connection, identifying the \'conflict\' in the \'conflict basis\' of disease and much more. According to RheumatoidArthritis.net, arthritis affects more than 46 million people resulting in disability for 19 million. Arthritis causes more disability than heart disease, diabetes, and back or spine problems. Osteoarthritis (prevalence ~26.9 million), gout (prevalence ~6.1 million), rheumatoid arthritis (prevalence ~1.3 million) in the US. If you or someone you love is afflicted with arthritis they\'ve probably only been offered pain killers, anti-inflammatories, cortisone shots or surgery, all of which deplete magnesium and more minerals. In the traditional allopathetic medical model there\'s no \'cure\' for arthritis - just coping strat

Good and poor health is determined at the level of the millions of cells making up the human body. Magnesium, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals are needed for the thousands of biochemical reactions taking place in each cell and chronic deficiency of these nutrients is the most frequent cause of cellular dysfunction. Replenishing these cells with essential nutrients supports their energy production and leads to optimal health. However, without adequate supplementation, the normal functioning of cells will eventually become impaired, resulting in poor health. The body doesn’t get well by making damaged cells work correctly. It gets well by making new cells that work correctly. The process of rebuilding a new and healthy you is based on the fact that the body is constantly replacing itself. Every hour your body is creating 80,000,000 new cells! As each new cell is built, the body seeks proper building materials from which to construct the cell. If the body cannot find good, healthy materials, it will use

Magnesium deficiency is very common in people with heart disease. In hospitals where doctors understand the important of magnesium, it is administered for acute myocardial infarction and cardiac arrhythmia. Like any other muscle, the heart requires magnesium. Magnesium is also used to treat angina or chest pain. The epidemic of heart disease in women may have its origins in the excessive intake of medically prescribed calcium. In fact, several studies in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) recently proved that very thing. Women who take calcium supplements have a higher risk of heart disease as calcium deposits in their arteries. When heart muscle cells have too much calcium on the inside, they can go into a life-threatening spasm that we call “heart attack”. When they have enough magnesium, the heart muscle cells relax. The prescription medication to prevent calcium build-up is called a “calcium channel blocker”. Nature’s calcium channel blocker is magnesium; it’s the guardian angel of the heart. The most c

Could it be that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia are really magnesium and mineral deficiencies in disguise? Could we have a case of mistaken identity? Our exposure to toxins, chemicals, and prescription drugs begins at birth. Substances we think are safe can break down our immune systems and deplete our nutrient reserves, and Dr. Dean along with a host of many allopathic and naturopath doctors and treatment believe that these factors to CFS, fibromyalgia, and environmental illness in a growing list of sufferers. The chronology of health into disease applies to most every individual who suffers from chronic symptoms that express themselves through the immune system, the circulatory system, or compromised organ integrity. In addition to the pain, suffering, and constant disappointment of physical symptoms the individual also suffers from anxiety, depression, and lack of confidence. To cope with the onslaught of symptoms that appear to come from ‘nowhere’ many individuals start by swallowing a cabinet full of medications and then when they begin to experience the side effects of medications, switch to swallowing a closet full of supplements! By the time many of our customers contact us they are in a Total Body Meltdown. Our customers have often consulted with dozens of doctors, but whether it’s an allopathic or a naturopathic doctor, the search is on for the drug or supplement for their symptoms, which often proves fruitless. Take another look at the chronology of health to illness and tell me how on earth a drug

Calcification happens when calcium builds up in body tissue, blood vessels, or organs. This buildup can harden and disrupt your body’s normal processes. Calcium is transported through the bloodstream. It is also found in every cell. As a result, calcification can occur in almost any part of the body. As you probably know, about 99 percent of your body’s calcium is in your teeth and bones. The other 1 percent is in the blood, muscles, fluid outside the cells, and other body tissues. Some disorders cause calcium to deposit in places where it does not typically belong. Over time, this can add up and cause problems. You may need treatment to prevent complications if you have this extra calcium buildup. What do we know about calcification? Many people have heard about the aortic valve becoming calcified, or a calcified abdominal aorta rupturing. Dr. Dean talks about breast tissue calcification being misdiagnosed as DCIS (a precancerous condition). Calcium spurs on the vertebrae or in joints are simply called

Magnesium plays many important roles in the structure and the function of the human body. The adult human body contains about 25 grams of magnesium. Over 60% of all the magnesium in the body is found in the skeleton, about 27% is found in muscle, 6% to 7% is found in other cells, and less than 1% is found outside of cells. Tonight Dr. Dean will be talking about DIAGNOSING AND FIXING MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY along with a wide range of health topics and safe solutions.

This past week Dr. Carolyn Dean wrote a blog titled: Magnesium the Anti-Aging Miracle and once you read the article I think you\'ll agree with me: your brain with magnesium and without magnesium behaves as two completely different organs and has significant implications for health, longevity and cognitive function. In addition to the studies and research Dr. Dean provides in her article we also site the 2011 the University of Adelaide Press comprehensive study titled Magnesium and the Central Nervous System. In the study the editors provide comprehensive documentation about the role of magnesium in a normal brain, in neurological diseases such as learning and memory, headache and migraine, pain, cerebral ischemia, clinical stroke, and Parkinson’s as well as magnesium in psychiatric diseases such as Alzheimer’s, stress, neuroses, autism, depression and addiction.

Purges and IV chelation are the most common forms of detox for the body. But what if there were a more perfect way? ReAline is a specific formula that provides the perfect building blocks to enhance and assist the body in detoxifying chemicals and heavy metals. Instead of forcing the body with purges or IV chelation, ReAline has l-methionine, which is the building block for glutathione, the body\'s most important antioxidant. That way the body can detox when it wants to now when it’s forced to. There is no practical way to protect yourself from all the toxins in the environment. You would have to live the rest of your life in a hermetically sealed suit (and it would be a short life since you couldn’t eat or drink.) Fortunately, there are ways to counteract some toxins and pollutants. Your body’s natural detoxification processes exist to deal with the ones we can’t avoid. ReAline was the second formula that I worked on after the RnA Drops. It contained three B vitamins and two sulfur-based amino acids
