Have you started supplementing with magnesium and yet haven’t quite gotten to the point of consistent relief from symptoms? If so, gauging your Magnesium Burn Rate is a strategy you can employ to determine how much magnesium you may be burning and whether or not you may actually need more magnesium to manage your daily stressors. Because, ultimately, that is what is happening within the chemistry of the body – magnesium is being utilized to manage all types of stress and biological functions. So being aware of your burn rate gives you an idea of how much magnesium you are using. This is much more important than just following the recommended daily allowance (RDA). Here is a list of stressors as outlined by Dr. Elson Hass: 1. Physical: intense exertion, manual labor, lack of sleep, travel 2. Chemical: drugs, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and environmental pollutants such as cleaning chemicals or pesticides 3. Mental: perfectionism, worry, anxiety, long work hours 4. Emotional: anger, guilt, loneliness

The majority of children and adults in America take one or more dietary supplements every day. Today\'s dietary supplements include vitamins, minerals, herbals and botanicals, amino acids, enzymes and many other products. Popular supplements include vitamins D and E; minerals like magnesium, calcium, potassium, and iron, herbs such as echinacea and garlic; and specialty products like probiotics and fish oils. Yet, by the time you finish reading this email another four Americans will have had a heart attack and another four will have had a stroke or heart failure. Heart attack is the leading killer in developed countries. Worldwide, cancer kills 7.6 million people annually. Deaths from cancer are projected to reach over 11 million by 2030. Throughout the world 171 million people have been diagnosed with diabetes and over 500 million people are clinically obese. If you were to list today’s leading chronic diseases: heart disease (angina, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol), diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, generalized inflammation, and toxicity are all found at the top of the list. ReMag Magnesium Solution is a mineral and nutrient that, when used therapeutically in the proper amounts and form, has had a miraculous healing effect on these and other serious health conditions. In addition to using ReMag for health recovery, a health maintenance dose of ReMag every day will support the myriad of protein metabolism functions in the body that are essential to life. Researchers have now detected 3,751 magnesium-binding sites on human proteins, indicating that magnesium’s role in human health and disease may have been vastly underestimated. Magnesium is a mineral used by every organ in your body, especially your heart, muscles, and kidneys. A blog reader told me that she threw away her adult diapers after taking ReMag magnesium for only 3 months. She had needed the diapers for about 6 years and was ecstatic about her liberation from them. She figured that the calcification of her bladder tissues and bladder sphincter was dissolving with this well-absorbed magnesium. I agree. Her story made me think of the French magnesium researcher Delbet who I quote in my Magnesium Miracle book. He said, way back in the 1920s that with age, the body’s tissues have three times more calcium than magnesium, and he concluded that magnesium deficiency plays a role in senility. What do we know about calcification? Many people have heard about the aortic valve becoming calcified, or a calcified abdominal aorta rupturing. I talk about breast tissue calcification being misdiagnosed as DCIS (a precancerous condition). Calcium spurs on the vertebrae or in joints are simply called arthritis. We didn’t learn about either the good or bad effects of minerals in m

Most people do not think about magnesium when they think about how to prevent chronic disease, but it plays an essential role. For instance, there have been several significant studies about magnesium\'s role in keeping your metabolism running efficiently—specifically in terms of insulin sensitivity, glucose regulation, and protection from type 2 diabetes. Higher magnesium intake reduces risk of impaired glucose and insulin metabolism and slows progression from pre-diabetes to diabetes in middle-aged Americans.Researchers stated, \"Magnesium intake may be particularly beneficial in offsetting your risk of developing diabetes, if you are high risk.\" Multiple studies have also shown that higher magnesium intake is associated with a higher bone mineral density in both men and women, and research from Norway has even found an association between magnesium in drinking water and a lower risk of hip fractures. Magnesium may even help lower your risk of cancer, and a study published in the American Journal

Did you know your thyroid needs at least nine minerals for proper function? Decades ago it was believed that iodine was the master mineral for the thyroid. But within the last several years it has become apparent, through research and anecdotal evidence, that there are multiple minerals involved with thyroid hormone production. Our very own Dr. Carolyn Dean has written the book on the thyroid and minerals and has even simplified the process of restoring the thyroid with the ultimate thyroid mineral solution - ReMyte Multiple Mineral Solution. In addition to ReMyte (which contains 12 minerals including 9 for the thyroid) Dr. Dean recommends that everyone take sea salt in their drinking water to get the wee bits of 72 minerals that the sea and the earth provide. (Sea Salt: ¼ tsp in every pint of drinking water.) If you read the ReMyte book you\'ll learn about how the enhanced absorption of picometer minerals (due to their size) makes them truly functional and therapeutic. Whereas dirt minerals may

One of the most popular minerals in the news today is calcium. We are told to take increased amounts in our diet as a supplement to prevent osteoporosis and eliminate muscle cramping during menstruation or from over-exercising. Yet, calcium alone is often not enough. Without magnesium, calcium may be not fully utilized, and under absorption problems may occur leading to heart disease and both kidney and renal failure. Perhaps the single most significant reason calcium malabsorption that is so common today is due to a lack of pico meter magnesium. Between the toxicity in foods, the engineering of grains, and a decline in the quality of our soil, foods are lower in magnesium than ever before and many supplements do not provide an absorbable form. Factor in an increase in diary consumption and you’ve got the perfect storm. The good news is that there is a port in that storm – under the watchful lighthouse of the Completement Products an individual can achieve the proper balance of magnesium and mineral sup
