Game For A Movie

It's the Christmas season and it's our bad movie season. So Mike watched the Hulk Hogan classic "Santa With Muscles." Hear his thoughts about the film plus the worst holiday movies Jill and Andre have seen. Also some sexual awakenings talk? You'd be correct.

We had 2 pumpkin beers on our show so see where they fall on Jill's Squash to Pie Scale. This episode is a Movie Banter episode featuring spooky movies. We cover Hell Fest, The Banana Splits Movie (2019), Muppets Haunted Mansion, Venom: Let There Be Carnage and Slender Man. We also talk our favorite scary movies and some horror video games as well!

It's our bad movie episode! It's also spooky month and Mike's choice for the bad movie. So he chose horror movie Osombie. Yes Osama Bin Laden as a zombie. How does this thing exist? Find out his thoughts on the plot as well as where he chose to watch it which might not have been the best place.

The second half of our new format. There is no bad movie on this one, just straight up movie banter between friends. The 2 movies we cover this week are Pig and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. We also finish it off with #CashOrTrash and you better believe it gets crazy!

It's the first episode of our new format! A full hour just on the bad movie! Jill had to watch this one and it was the movie He's All That. Of course Andre went through it with her and they both had a ton of thoughts.

This one ended up going a little longer than normal but well worth it! This week we stuck to mostly new movies but include very little spoilers (all minor, no big plots). Mitchell caught the latest from Marvel with Black Widow. Jill told us about the Fear Street trilogy. Andre watched the latest Pixar movie Luca. Finally, Mike lost the Twitter poll and had to watch Bratz: The Movie. There are plenty of thoughts on that! Plus we have Cash or Trash and it might be our most unique one yet! Check it out!

We are back! After an unintentional hiatus Jill, Mike and Andre meet up for episode 33! Jill, true to her musical fan self, took us through the story of the Beatle's film Help! Mike talked about Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, but more specifically The Mitchell's vs the Machines. Andre, our loser, saw 2016's Warcraft and gave us not only a rundown of the film but of the game story as well. We also play #CashOrTrash and have a promo from our friends Booze and Spirits!

Well technical difficulties and a bad computer decided to delete all our Dragonball Evolution content. Our original intention was to do half an episode on DBE and half an episode of a Questions and Answers. So instead of half an episode, you get a full episode of your questions and our answers! We had plenty of suggested questions and still could only get so many but we appreciate you all! So learn some of our best answers for questions you asked!

Is it still weird that we released another episode before episode 30 was recorded? Yes? Well deal with it! It will happen eventually. Back by popular demand, it's the Vampire Boys sequel! Mitchell had to tackle the sequel without seeing the first of course. But before that we have the classic film Clue from Mike and The Farewell reviewed by Jill. We also said it was episode 31 but it's releasing before episode 30 because life happens and I'm too lazy to actually edit it. Happy first episode of 2021! We also feature our first promo of a friend podcast, specifically FilmBusters! Onto the films! Jill checked out the new George Clooney film Midnight Sky. Mike got into the competitive spirit with The Speed Cubers. Andre taught us the based on a true story film Bad Education. And Mitchell was our loser and swiped way left on the film Swiped. We also give our thoughts on Wonder Woman 1984. Life is good, but what can be better than a new Game For A Movie!

Yep it's a 2 for bad movie episode. But first, Andre in a Cyberpunk mood watched the animated Ghost in the Shell movie. Not the ScarJo one! Jill gave us the origin of Santa Claus in Klaus. Mitchell shared his best documentary of 2020 in Boys State. Mike closed up with a double bad movie feature of Jack Frost and the KFC mini movie A Recipe For Seduction. We also ranked our top 5 holiday movies of all-time!

Episode 25! We hit a quarter of 100 episodes. Can't believe we made it. For this one, Mitchell let out his film nerd with the movie Mank. Mike rented the future cult classic Fatman. Andre introduced us to Uncle Frank. And our loser was Jill, who saw Killer Sofa which was just as good as you could imagine. Like, Share and Subscribe! The pandemic can't keep us down! We are back with episode 24. Throughout the pandemic Jill and Andre have been plowing through the Fast and Furious movies. Here is what they thought of the first 5 and of course Hobbs & Shaw. Marvel 616 has launched on Disney+. Mitchell watched the first one about the Japanese Spider-Man and how it came to be. And finally, our loser Mike watched the poorly named Tsunambee. Hear his thoughts on that!

It's been awhile but we finally had part of our podcast team in person! Andre, Jill and Mike were able to meet in person. They were also able to catch Mitchell on the phone from the laundromat. This episode was all about director debuts! The first film available for certain directors. Mitchell was able to find Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench, this coming from Damien Chazelle. Andre has seen Ex Machina before but used this as an excuse to watch Alex Garland's first. Mel Brooks' first was The Producers which is what Jill watched. Sam Mendes' 1917 was one of Mike's favorites this past award season so he went back to watch American Beauty which was very uncomfortable viewing, even though it was good!Got an idea for the next episode?
