Watching My Stories

We are back this week with only a few things to talk about... but hang on for our picks of scary movies just in time for Halloween! We start off discussing the new standup special from Adam Sandler called 100% Fresh.  We gush a little too much about this special as we both loved it so much. Next, Dhani talks about a small movie called Juliet, Naked starring Ethan Hawke, Chris O'Dowd, and Rose Byrne.  She enjoyed the story but knows that these types of movies aren't for most people.  Then we both revisit Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again because John has been able to watch it now.  Since Dhani was so crazy about this movie, she was disappointed that John didn't fall in love so quickly... though he tries to convince her that he did enjoy it.   Moving on to TV, Dhani only chose to discuss the BBC and Netflix series Bodyguard.  She talks about the twists and turns in unfolding the story.   Finally, we decide not to do our usual Actors' Corner this week and instead use the same format to discuss our favorite scary movie
