Respecting Diversity In The Class

I think it's important that every teacher follow their own passions and strengths within the educational component. If your passion is math and numbers, you should really not be teaching English because students are going to pick up on your lack of enthusiam...and they will suffer. I know sometimes this is unavoidable, but I encourage you all to find your own strengths and weaknesses and scale those strengths while diminishing those weaknesses.
