A weekly inspirational self help program, the Transformational Personal Growth podcast is hosted by Michelle Cashman, a holistic life coach and writer. Each week Michelle shares her personal experience, strength and hope, essentially sharing the lessons she has learnt and the tools that she has used to come from a 15 year old homeless teen to where she is today. With topics ranging from boundaries, to addiction, to goal setting and dealing with anxiety and depression, Michelle's primary purpose is to help others help themselves.
