In deze episode ga ik het hebben over wat je prioriteiten zijn tijdens een lunch shift. Wat te doen als we met een kaartje werken, tafels afruimen en schoonmaken, bewust op werk zijn en multitasken.

In this podcast we’re going to talk about the new technology we will be using, what our tasks will be while using this technology, coaches, costumer service, showing initiative, self reflection, what does it take to function in this business, accountability and working efficiently.

Deze podcast gaat over hoe je gasten ontvangt, hoe de menukaart werkt, hoe je bij de digitale menukaart komt, hoe de categorieën werken en hoe je vanuit daar iets besteld. Verder worden ook de voorwaarden van de menu’s uitgelegd. Ook krijg je uitleg over wat je moet zeggen als mensen voor de eerste keer komen eten.

This was definitely one of the most fun settings we have had thus far. We took the setting of the nice outside temperature and the rain in the backdrop to make this episodes happen. This part of the fireside chat, we dive into the very specifics of how to be grounded during work. Focus points and mental concentration during work. Points of focuses and points of emphasise for you and your team. Main things are Rules, Focus, Mental Bandwith.  This goes into very specific examples and mindsets that can make or break your concentration during your set of work principles. Have a listen, this one is really huge! Must listen! 

This was definitely one of the most fun settings we have had thus far. We took the setting of the nice outside temperature and the rain in the backdrop to make this episodes happen. One of our members in the leadership group had the great suggestion to collect everyone's vintage point on the topic of Leadership and the specific roles within the organisation. We went around the fireside to collect every idea. Later we dive into the specifics the organisation finds most important to stipulate. Have a listen, curious to your additions to this very topic. Our bad for using both Dutch and English. But you get the most important part of the clip from this talk. 

This workshop is long overdue. Definitely with the growing question upon how we define are roles and why we have them. Furthermore, it gives us ample opportunities to discuss the house rules and some structures we have in place to allow efficient working. The final part of our workshop we discussed the most essential part when the hours are not that busy. So, what do you do, when you think there is nothing to do!
