I got an email from Spotify wondering why I went back to audio and imploring me to go back to video. I am wondering why?

In my estimation, anything that becomes a movement, a club, or any organized thing begins to rot once it is organized. In this episode I lay out their argument for not joining, doing your own thing, and being a permanent “outside the bubble” resident.

I loved Space 1999. It was fun 70’s science fiction. It was not until years later that I realized it jump started my love of music along with astronomy and science fiction. Here is the story. This was originally on YouTube, so there are some spots that may sound like it is from YT, lol.

Punk Rock is more than music and fashion. It is an ethos, a philosophy, a lifestyle. This essay argues that it is as needed today as when it was born.

We all want people to enjoy what we create. This is true. But in this video I suggest that by making music for ourselves we will find people that enjoy our creations and we do not lose our joy of creation. Making music just for others however may rob us of that joy
