This episode was a tricky one, and there is certainly more for us to unpack. Basically we journeyed from the full moon, to living in alignment with nature (which we always come back to), to talking about mental health. We want to be clear that ALL these conversations we have are rooted in our own experiences and opinions. It is our wish that our conversations may incite you to share your own experiences and opinions too...with grace and kindness.
