We celebrate our 50th episode, and the fact that it is Star Wars day with the latest offering from the MCU with Captain America: Civil War. This epic installement that sees more super heroes than a comic convention follows the two teams lead by Captain America and Iron Man who are having a lovers tiff. This film sees the two teams battle it out for what they believe in and we the audience have quite a lot of fun along the way. We return this week with a light hearted chat about what we have coming up in 2016. Some films we are looking forward to and maybe a few that we may be slightly dreading. Obviously we have a contrasting views on the massive Marvel Cinematic Universe which have a big installment this year with Captain America: Civil War. Also we see much loved movies return with long awaited sequals and reboots like the infamous Ghostbusters and Indenpendance Day 2. And we return with Creed, technically the seventh installment in the Rocky franchise, or arguabley, part one of a brand new franchise. Sylvester reprises his role as Rocky in this recent film, but this time we see a much older, frail version of the character we know and love. We question where the attention for film shoudl lie, whether it be with Rocky or the new character, Creed played brilliantly by Michael B Jordan. We both absolutely love this franchise so there is plenty here to discuss and we were pleasantly surprised on the whole with this new outing for Rocky. Lets see what you think! Enjoy!! Well, as promised we are back with our first original podcast in just over a year. Again, we apologise for the long wait but our other lives took over for a bit with work and family. But we are back and we return with an honest and mixed chat about the long awaited Star Wars sequel, The Force Awakens. What a film to kick us back off with, filled to the brim with brand new characters, new actors, new planets, droids, and Stormtroopers. This film has plenty for us to get stuck in to and our opinions are very mixed to make for a more interesting chat. We also chat about Disney and them now owning the franchise and quite possibly what will become the biggest franchise ever. Well after almost exactly a year, we are back with another one of our Awards podcasts where once again we join the guys in the States from Blokebusters Podcast to discuss some of the highs and lows of 2015. We all went on a serious movie binge in prepartion for this one seeing some of the most current films and more importantly, some of the films that have been clearing up at other big awards shows. We look at the the fantastic performance by Eddie Redmayne and the incredible way the film has been made which has led to a few nominations at the fourthcoming oscars. Well its been a while, did you miss us? We return with a big podcast talking about Sherlock. We recently saw the return of Sherlock in series 3 which made a massive impact over the New Year period. So we're saw an oppurtunity to review previous series as well as the newest helping. We talk about why we think people like Sherlock and wishes (and concerns) for the future. So here are folks, the first annual unofficial Official Non Academy Awards Awards podcast for 2013, or FAUONAAAP. We have once again teamed up with our friends in the US Blokebusters and have performed our own Awards cermony highliting some of the best and worst films, actors and actresses of 2013. We really were spoilt for choice for nominees which feature, The Wolf of Wall Street, Iron Man 3, Star Trek Into Darkness, Pacfic Rim, Her, Mud, Rush and many many more. This is our take on the Oscars, we hope you enjoy!!

The film that everyone was ready to hate is now out and has come under the Back To The Podcast microscope. Today we are looking at Robocop. This film has certainly surprised a lot of people. We were ready to kill whoever decided to remake such a loved sci-fi classic from the 80s, but this one has appeared to have come good. I wouldn't classify this a remake, it focuses on different morals and ethics that the first one didn't. This film isn't really an action film, instead a conflict between the two characters of Alex Murphy and Robocop, (both played by Joel Kinnaman). We also wowed by the fantastic selection of supporting actors who include Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, Abbie Cornish, Jay Baruchel and Zach Grenier. Quite a juicy selection I hope you'll agree. This film was certainly surprising. Enjoy!!! Happy new year and welcome back. After a short break we have decieded to bring you something completeley new and something that will hopefully become a new regular feature for us. Behind the camera is a feature where interview real people working in movies today. And in this first episode we interview the fascinating, Michael Ziegfeld. With many strings to his bow including puppeteer, actor, singer, comedian, writer, and director, Michael wowed us with stories for 45 minutes. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the first film but have never read the books so we approach these films with a pair of fresh eyes. The first one seemed to anger some people and thrill others so we look at whether this one has the same effects or not. After the long awaited finale (or felina) of Breaking Bad we thought we'd do a podcast dedicated to the 5 seasons of the show. Its safe to say that this is a well loved show and has impressed many people so we thought we would take the time to go through some of our favourite moments and characters from the show as well as exploring why we think the series did so well and had such a phenomenal following. Todays podcast has been potentially brewing for the last 30 years. We have always wanted to see an action filmed lead by the two greatest action stars and today our prayers have been answered. We bring you, Escape Plan. With a surprising all star cast, obviously the most anticipated were the two lead stars, Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger. This film was an action film with a twist. It wasn't all guns blazin', it had body, heart, dialogue, and an interesting concept with much inspiration taken from George Lucas' early work THX1138 from 1971. This is definately a lower budget film that has become hidden behind a lot of the bigger blockbusters but this one is definitely a must for anyone who is a fanatic about cinema like us. Enjoy!!
