We ran across an article in the newspaper about someone who was unhappy with a polished concrete job. We discuss specific quotes in the article and what could have been done to avoid some of the problems.

This is the story of our first big metallic epoxy project. This was a 9 day project that consisted of the following: Day 1-3 Grind & patch the concrete Day 4 Apply primer Day 5 Apply epoxy mortar membrane Day 7 Apply metallic primer Day 8 Trowel metallic epoxy Day 9 Apply Urethane Early in the show, we discuss marketing. We always struggle with whether or not we are being too sale-sy and how that effects our business's image. Here is a link to the new marketing video we created as a first step to refining our image.
