In today's show, I wanted to share from a favorite book of mine called, "The Quotable Walt Disney". Failure is scary, ugly, and can seem overwhelming. I love this quote from Walt Disney because I really feel it explains how many of us need to think about failure. Here's what Walt says, "It is good to have a failure while you're young because it teaches you so much. For one thing it makes you aware that such a thing can happen to anybody, and once you've lived through the worst, you're never quite as vulernable afterwards."  I don't believe you have to necessarily have to be a young age to learn from a failure. What's most important is that you learn and understand it's a part of life. The good thing is you'll be prepared for whatever else may come your way.
