The Bible clearly lays out that there are two destinies possible for mankind. We face an eternity separated from God because of our sin. This destiny is in a place called the Lake of Fire, sometimes it is referred to as Hell. In spite of what modern Christianity will tell us, Hell is a real place, and it is the destiny of the lost. On the other hand, Believers have the promise of eternal bliss, living in the presence of our Creator, Sustainer and Savior.
