Their company, LTV Plus – which stands for lifetime value – is 100% remote and aims to help businesses increase the lifetime value of customers. LTV Plus aims to understand the entire customer journey to provide the best experience across channels like chat, email, text, and voice. It eventually expanded from live chat into omnichannel support.
