Episode 71:  A 30 minute gentle yoga class - a great class to do after a busy day or week. We will use a single blanket roll and a block. Some people may want a strap. This class does not leave the floor, and would be a great end to a long day, to do before bed, or after exercise. Sarah Baumert has been teaching movement since 2006. She is a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner. This podcast is an intersection of her yoga teaching and training in the Feldenkrais® method.
