Stuff Your Dad Knows

The type of earwax you have indicates whether or not you have smelly armpits!  It's true! The gene that brings you wet, sticky earwax is also responsible for the excretion of a protein with your sweat under your arms. It's that protein that attracts bacteria and STINKS! Lots of people around the world actually have dry, flaky earwax. They don't have that same protein secreted under their arms and so they don't stink so much.
