Roughly 90% of humans are right handed and the answer lies in our genes though scientists still don't have a complete grasp on all the factors involved. Still, left- handers are living better than they ever have before. Even recently it was common for schools to attempt to force left handed children to use their right hand. This has deep roots.  For example, in Christianity, Jesus sits at the right hand of God and left handers were regularly accused of witchcraft or demonic possession. Indiana University keeps a pretty good list of left handers. Here are a few: Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush, Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford, Harry S.
