Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares joined The Guy Benson Show today to address the Department of Justice's lawsuit against VA and liberal groups' attempts to block a longstanding VA state law that removes non-citizens from voter rolls. Miyares pointed out that this law, initially signed by a Democratic governor and enforced for years, is now being targeted in an effort to allow non-citizens to stay on the rolls. He also discussed how Governor Youngkin is simply upholding the law, and Miyares detailed Virginia's decision to appeal to the Supreme Court, with a ruling expected soon.
