Hutchinson First Baptist Church

This morning we continue in our study of the book of Titus as we begin chapter 2. Here Paul moves his attention to teaching Titus about the things that 'accord with sound doctrine' (Titus 2:1), and namely, those behaviors that are befitting of a disciple of Jesus. Here Paul dramatically, and intentionally draws a separation between the church and the world and the lifestyle that the church is called to. He reminds us that we are not of this world and therefore we ought to live as those who are merely sojourners in this land.
