“If I want to raise decent kids, I have to be the example.” Born and raised in South Africa before eventually settling in Western Australia, Johan gets brutally real and honest about the challenges that have faced him and how God has used them to turn him into the mighty warrior he is today. Johan talks openly about the influence his father had on him growing up and how that influence still helps to shape him as a man and a father himself today. Johan also talks about the struggle he and his wife went through as their son was diagnosed with autism and how they have held their faith as they’ve worked through it.
