Lilliana Dee aka Lily Whispers is a Youtube creator and makes videos involving Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR). She started her channel about four years ago and boasts a loyal following of almost 200,000 subscribers What is ASMR? Here's the definition, stolen off of Webmd "Autonomous sensory meridian response, or ASMR, causes a tingling sensation in your head and neck after triggers like repetitive movements or whispering. Most people describe the tingling as very relaxing, even pleasurable." Before this podcast I had no clue what ASMR was. I saw Lily's story in the PGH City Paper and was curious to hear more about it.
