Synopsis
The Dual Language Programme (DLP) is a program introduced by the Government to allow schools to teach Science & Math in English. Like its predecessor the PPSMI (which was scrapped in 2012), the DLP has come under a lot of scrutiny and it has got parents debating on the best way to teach English to their kids. So what IS the best way, or is there even one? We share our own opinion and experiences.
