Site Gallery's Site Sessions Podcast

This is the latest podcast recorded at Site Gallery's regular Site Sessions events. Site Sessions are monthly interdisciplinary gatherings, usually taking place on the last Thursday of the month. The theme of this one, recorded on Thursday 28th of July, 2018, is Landscapes of Play. Hosted by Site Gallery's Digital Curator Leila Johnston, it features Holly Gramazio and Emma Cooper, and was recorded at New Industry in Sheffield.  The episode opens with a chat with Emma and Holly about their backgrounds in play and games. You'll then hear the talks they delivered on the night. Holly Gramazio is one half of Matheson Marcault, a London-based consultancy specialising in the culture and history of play. Emma Cooper is one of the curators of the Children's Media Conference 'Playground' – an interactive art installation for children that takes place in Sheffield every year.
