Early Stoppage With Derek Moody

Episode 21 of Early Stoppage features undefeated LFA lightweight Keoni Diggs. Keoni trains out of the MMA Lab with many current and past champions that help him physically and mentally elevate his game. This was a unique episode because we touch on some future fights within boxing and mma and break them down. Keoni gives great insight on a past fight he had with Nick Chasteen and what lead to the kneebar. Currently he is a free agent but that won’t last long as many organizations will be looking to lock him in. He does intend on fighting before years end and is confident he will. Having a kill or be killed mentality has lead to all finishes for him so expect much of the same when he enters the cage again. This was one of my favorite interviews.
