It's been called the worlds toughest horse race. At 1000km, the Mongol Derby is not for the faint at heart. Thankfully there are adventure seekers like Dr. Georgina Johnston who have not only ridden this race, but have returned to Mongolia to serve as a veterinarian to the nearly 1400 horses that take part in this test of endurance. Working alongside the kind and welcoming people of Mongolia, Georgina played a key role in ensuring the safety of horses and riders.
