That Vet Life

As a pre-vet I had the opportunity to intern at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Lexington Kentucky as a veterinary assistant. While I was there I met Dr. Jeremy Shaba. At the time Jeremy had recently graduated vet school and was half-way through his year-long internship.  Now three years later, Jeremy works as an associate field veterinarian at Hagyard's. But how did he end up in the Blue Grass? In today's episode I catch up with Jeremy as he shares some of the information he's learned in practice these last few years as well as how he developed an interview blog as a vet student to aid his search for internships.
