In today's episode I chat with John Dillon, the Founder and CEO of Guardian Vets, an after hours triaging service for veterinary practices. As you will hear, John has had his own personal experiences of heading to the nearest emergency practice because of after hours emergencies with his own dog, Patrick. It were these experiences and similar stories from other pet owners that led him to develop Guardian Vets. As human health care moves in a digital direction for providing care to clients, veterinary medicine is following suit but also dealing with the same challenges.
