In 2007, Kicki Theander founded the world’s first dinner-kit company Middagsfrid together with her husband Victor. Not only did their company skyrocket, they also had three kids and had moved into a beautiful home outside of Stockholm when Victor suddenly fell ill. It turned out to be bone marrow cancer, and the doctors gave him 6 months to live.
