Tame: Mind Over Matter

Welcome to Episode 8 of Tame, the podcast where we discuss quotes from Marcus Aurelius' 'Meditations' and how we can apply the lessons and logic from the book to our own lives to be stronger, kinder and better people.   Today we're discussing the following three quotes:   "Not what your enemy sees and hopes that you will, but what’s really there."
