In this episode we talk to Tommy Lynch of Rolling Fire Glassworks out of Endicott, NY. Tommy has been in the industry since the late 90s going from working in a Coloroado head shop to learning his way on the torch to moving back to New York where he and his wife opened up their own studio and store to bring the culture to Tommy's hometown. We talk about his beginnings and his evolution as an artist to his glass niche which led to him working with artists like Jason Lee. We touch on things like how valuable it is to have employees that can do more than just customer service and Tommy lays out how his entire family has become part of his corner of the Glass Community.   I do want to apologize to Tommy and the listeners - I worked for a week or so trying to get the audio edited to the expectations I have for this podcast and it just didn't cut it IMO.
