Scrubbed In - The One about Sheep

Informações:

Synopsis

It's the Spring time here in the UK, which can only mean one thing! If you are a vet student in the UK, you know spring time = sheep time. Right now the hills are dotted with sheep and their new born lambs, and it looks as if it was right out of a James Herriot story. As vet students in the UK it is a requirement to complete a placement on a sheep farm. Some love it so much they go back year after year! So what does it look like to work on a sheep farm, surrounded by hundreds of sheep and little lambs? In this week's episode, Dani and I share our knowledge and experience from our time in the lambing shed. From accidental mutton busting to helping newborn lambs into the world, this episode is sure to take into a James Herriot story.
