SMH Consultants is a thirty year-old engineering and land surveying company that employs 23 full-time professional employees. Since 1989, SMH Consultants has worked on site development, roadways and paving, water supply, sewer collection, and utility installation. How did this Manhattan business grow from two people to 29?
