Last week we awakened from our 4th of July celebration to a reality of being an undervalued minority in America.  Both macro and micro intervention is needed if WE THE PEOPLE are to address that recurrent problem reported to the President of the United States by his My Brother’s Keeper task force.  This week we’re exploring causes and effects beyond the letter of law. The year, 1712, the place Virginia’s James River and featured motivationalist, Willie Lynch. The President's My Brother's Keeper Task Force reports, roughly two-thirds of Black and one-third of Hispanic children live with only one parent.   Moreover, research suggests that a father's absence increases the risk of his Black child dropping out of school by 75 percent.  And even in the 21st Century information age, too many Americans still live in poverty.  If you have read the report to The President of the United States, we’d like to hear your thoughts on My Brother’s Keeper.  We're looking at the symbols, practices and promises that strengthen
