I have worked in a factory,  I have sold men's suits,  picked tomatoes as a field worker,  I have also running restaurants and hotels,  managed IT teams for a large international company.    You could say I have done it all, or at least tried most of it all. As time went by, it became harder and harder find that next level challenge that would drive my passion.   I don't consider it "job hopping" as much as pathfinding.  As I grew and progressed, I learned three valuable lessons that I want to share with you today.
