Susan Kuczmarski is a leadership expert with over three decades of experience in this field. After working for the United Nations, she and her husband, Thomas Kuczmarski, co-founded Kuczmarski & Associates, an innovation consulting firm. She is the author of four award-winning books on leadership and parenting. She teaches leadership at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
