Raiders owner Mark Davis says Oakland has had plenty of time to put a stadium deal together, and he is vowing to take his team to Las Vegas. Bay Area sports reporter Steve Berman checks in to talk about Davis' relationship with NFL owners and which way the league is leaning on the Raiders future.
