Leading Life Large™ - Like most of you probably, my focus for years in business was on my goals and what I would get. In nearly every client meeting, networking event or new prospect introduction, my attention and focus was on what I would gain from this. Nothing wrong with you and I keeping our eyes on the prize, however, if we fail to consider what others will gain and benefit by being in relationship with us, we miss the bigger picture and believe it or not, real success.
