In today's guest interview I sat down with Rafael Garay, a 36 year old corporate recruiter and podcast host for his own show called The Art of Inspiration. Raf brings us a very inspiring story about climbing out of rock bottom, where Rafael recounts his childhood, teenage years and ultimately his time being incarcerated. We have two options when we hit rock bottom and that is to stay where we are at or climb like hell to get out of the pit. Raf's story is truly exceptional and I wanted to share it with my audience.
