Ep 191 - Mark Mastalir on hacking the runner's brain and being an ultrarunner agent

Informações:

Synopsis

Mark Mastalir is interesting is so many ways. He has an impressive background as a runner. In 1992 he was an All-American at Stanford in the 1500 metres, has a 3:58 mile under his belt and competed in the 1992 Olympic Trials. But that's not why he's on the podcast. As Chief Marketing Officer at Halo Neuroscience, he's involved with a company that promises an improvement in performance through its neuroscience technology that connects brain and body.  Not only that, Mark is (we reckon) the only dedicated sports agent for ultrarunner athletes, representing some of the biggest ultra talent in the world.  David and Jody get the lowdown on both.
