This is my scariest podcast of truly sharing what it’s been like to step out of the spiritual closet and finally after 6yrs and stop hiding behind the title of a ‘Health Coach’ and stepping into my gifts and claiming my title as Mama YOUniverse. I share what it’s been like to get to the root of this origin story and also share with a dear friend what my brand looks like NOW and I get feedback co firming my fear of being ‘seen’. That it’s not what it should be ‘doing’ (she did not say that - that’s the story I created from it) that I should be a good girl and fit in and ultimately I broke down emotionally hard core. I also share how during all of this how I am consciously choosing to work on myself and my origin story of ‘I should hide who I truly am’ a story that my family told me growing up that ‘being seen’ was unsafe. And how all of that ultimately helped me become a bigger container for faith, love, connection and compassion and how I’m navigating these sensitive new waters with faith and god as my OG gan
