With health and fitness and achieving weight loss goals, about 75 percent of your results will come from what you eat. My favorite piece of advice is to begin consuming large amounts of water and vegetables. The best way to do this is by blending up a green drink every day, and sometimes 2 to 3 times per day if you want faster results. In this episode, I remind you about what the recipe is and take a call-in from a woman who has been implementing the green drink for about a week with fantastic results.
