Most people will tell you that they would love to have more developed gluteal muscles. In this episode, I talk about one very over-looked aspect of glute development. Of course you want to work the glutes in the range of motion that they do naturally. But you also need to stretch the quads and hip flexors, which are the opposite muscles from the glutes.
