In this episode I break down two very important concepts to choose your fitness goals without her self. You can always get bogged down in details, but when you go back to the basics you are much more likely to succeed in your fitness quest because you're not making it harder on yourself. These are the two concepts: First, every muscle in your body can either be on or off. Sounds simple, yet it forms the foundation for a lot of strategy when building your workouts. Second, every muscle has at least one opposite muscle. The way these muscles interplay is very important as well. Many times, if one muscle is over-engaged the opposite muscle will be under-engaged. Not always, although this is a good concept to keep in mind. .........
