A few golden fitness nuggets came out of today's personal training sessions. First, the concept of progression. Don't think about progressing to a harder exercise, and definitely don't think about doing more repetitions, until you have mastered the form and you feel the work in the right spots. Second, I talk to a client of mine who knows a lot about the body, about the fact that sometimes even fitness professionals need somebody else to tell them what to do. We tend to get into analysis paralysis. We know too much. I hope you enjoy today's episode.
