The most common reason why people join health clubs is to lose weight. In this episode, I detail one very specific tactic, while also putting this into perspective. The fact that we have so much food to choose from is pretty amazing considering that a few thousand years ago we had to hunt and pick our own food. Be grateful for the opportunity to choose, and choose wisely. Ultimately it takes a commitment to lose weight, and a commitment is nothing more than a choice that you keep choosing again and again and again.
