#21: Exercise Breathing

What's the proper way to breathe when exercising? This is a great question, yet just like so many things that I do: it depends. It largely depends on how intense the workout is. For example, if you're lying on your back, obviously you can take deeper and slower breaths. In this episode, I also detail the type of breathing that I like to do with lifting weights and also with cardio exercise. And lastly, the breathing will depend on how intensely you are exercising. Also, if you are in great shape you will not need to breathe as much as somebody who is sucking wind because they are out of shape.
