#19: Eliminate Stress

We all experience stress from time to time, or maybe all the time… Either way, there's a simple technique that you can employ that takes only five minutes, and it can help to release that stress. This technique of deep breathing can also help you improve your athletic performance. I've noticed that my ability to breathe deeply has greatly helped me because my muscles are getting more oxygenated, and therefore can do more work easier.
