  PAY UP or NO VISITATION... Damn that seems harsh but time and time again we hear it and we see it. If you don't pay you have to stay away. What about the mother/father who pay child support and the other parent is denying them visitation? How about someone who has been paying child support only to find out the child isn't theirs. Are individuals denying visitation because their heart was broken and this is their way of getting even? Or is this the way things should be?
