Brooke Castillo.  The Ten Most Influential Women in Coaching. Brooke Castillo is on a mission and that mission is simple.  She intends to show people the way out of suffering with their thoughts.  Much like a modern-day Buddha, Brooke is sharing the wisdom of the "magic" of thought work. Brooke has a voice, a way about her, that you just can't ignore.  You believe her when she talks, because there is no pretense and no bull.  My favorite quote from our interview, "You can't hate yourself enough to get thin."  Elegant in it's simplicity.  So, is Brooke Castillo, which is why she is one of the Ten Most Influential Women in Coaching.
