Bernadette Trafton

Bernadette interviews Annie Collyer. She began doing single family to 2 family conversions in the early 2000's. When she saw the topping of the marketing in 2006, she started doing short sales and then open her real estate agency. She began flipping to investors and then actually did the rehab and flip herself. She has done 7 rehab/flips and is currently working on her 8th.
